Kathryn West-Pfingston is a family nurse practitioner who has been specializing in dermatology since 2016. Kathryn earned her undergraduate degree from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY, working first in psychology and then later returning to school at the University of Cincinnati for an additional bachelors degree and later a masters in nursing. She continues to have a desire for continued education and an eagerness to learn.

Kathryn is credentialed and has prescribing privileges through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Kentucky Board of Nursing. Being a family nurse practitioner, Kathryn enjoys caring for patients across the entire lifespan, meeting a wide variety of dermatological needs ranging from skin cancer surveillance to acne and eczema. Kathryn is a northern Kentucky native, living with her husband, John, and their two young children.
