Do you take my insurance?

All of our physicians are Medicare participating providers. We participate with most major insurance carriers, but we ask that you check with your individual plan to insure that we are current participating providers.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

When you come to the office, please bring a photo ID, and all insurance information including current insurance cards. Also bring all of your medications (or list of medications).

Many medical insurance companies, as well as HMOs, require referrals for specialist services. Please consult with your insurance company or primary care physician to obtain a referral for services, if required, prior to the date of your appointment.

Dermatology Associates of Northern Kentucky accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment of services. Co-payments and payments of non-covered services are required at the time of your visit.
