Dr. James A. Zalla is board certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology and in Dermatopathology by the American Boards of Dermatology and Pathology. His career holds many distinctions including Past President of the Kentucky, the Cincinnati, and the Noah Worcester Dermatological Societies and the Boone County Medical Society.

Dr. Zalla is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Dermatological Association. He is a past chair member of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and chair of several AADA committees. He is on senior staff at St. Elizabeth Health Care.

Dr. Zalla is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine and did his dermatology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
