The January 2026 issue of Cincinnati Magazine marks the latest edition of its highly anticipated “Top Doctors” guide, a comprehensive resource featuring 915 of the region’s best physicians across 72 specialties. This year’s theme, “Top Doctors Think Outside of the Box,” highlights local medical innovators who are pioneering creative treatments for persistent conditions—ranging from using exoskeletons to help patients walk again to the “Nature as Medicine” program at Cincinnati Parks. The selection process remains rooted in peer-to-peer recognition, utilizing a professional survey where local doctors nominate the colleagues they would trust with their own care. By showcasing elite talent from major medical institutions, the 2026 issue reinforces Cincinnati’s reputation as a world-class hub for medical research and patient-centered excellence.
