Dr. Molly Grunenwald Eisner
Dr. Molly Grunenwald Eisner is board certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is on staff at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Dr. Molly Grunenwald Eisner completed her undergraduate study at the University of Notre Dame, received her M.D. from The Medical College of Ohio, and had one year of internal medicine training at the University of Louisville. She completed a three-year residency and was chief resident in dermatology at the University of Tennessee where she developed her interest in pediatric skin disease.
One of the most rewarding experiences Dr. Eisner has had as a dermatologist, aside from having the wonderful opportunity to practice dermatology in the Northern Kentucky community, has been the two years spent at Camp Horizon. Camp Horizon is the American Academy of Dermatology’s summer camp for young children with serious skin conditions.
As a camp counselor, she had the opportunity to join these children embracing life; doing all the things kids their age like to do such as swimming, boating, fishing, arts and crafts, and campfires. Camp Horizon gives these children a full range of new opportunities-increased confidence, new skills, new friends, and an entirely different way of looking at themselves. This amazing experience has had a great impact on Dr. Eisner as a practicing dermatologist.
